Whether your device needs to be repaired, serviced or you just need some help and advice, we have dedicated EMS Service Centers in Australia and New Zealand that can help.

All our service centres have been Swiss trained to provide the highest level of service to EMS Shockwave customers across the country. You’ll experience personalised, effective, and efficient service and your Swiss device will be handled with the utmost care.

To schedule your device to be repaired or serviced, please use our dedicated service form or contact our Customer Service Specialist.

Please note that if you have multiple devices/handles they all need to be in the same location. If you have more than one clinic you will need to submit a form for each location.

Annual Service:

Your DolorClast® device needs to be serviced annually. Servicing your DolorClast® on time helps to maintain the warranty and maximise performance.

Tip: Put a reminder in your diary at 10 months from when you received your device so you can plan ahead for your service. Also, keep your original DolorClast® box so you have something secure to package your device into.
